Contingency Program:

For NHRA 2011 Participants

Purpose: We would like to reward two of our customers for extraordinary accomplishments.

The Challenge: The contestant that completes the most rounds of competition at the NHRA National Finals. One award will be presented at both the Eastern and Western Conference Finals.

The Prize: The winning participants from each Conference Final shall receive a $500.00 US Saving Bond from Amend’s.

To Qualify: You must have a minimum of two (2) Amend’s decals placed on the outside of your car (at least one (1) to the driver’s left and one (1) to driver’s right). The minimum size of the decal will be 2”x4” and decals will be available directly from Amend’s at the onsite trailer at the 2011 NHRA Eastern and Western Conference Finals. Your engine must have been purchased or overhauled on or after July 28, 2010 by Amend’s and the engine number must be logged in our contingency book and registered with Amend’s prior to the first run of competition at the Eastern or Western Conference Finals. That engine must be the one you compete with at the NHRA finals. Amend’s must verify that the engine that you compete with is an engine that qualifies for the Contingency program prior to the driver’s first run of competition.

Amend’s has the right to modify this program at the their discretion.

Tie breaker:
First tiebreaker will be the drivers light on the last round won at the 2011 NHRA finals. Second tiebreaker will be the driver’s last run of competition at the 2011 NHRA finals 1st light, 2nd closest to dial (ET), 3rd closest run difference.
